Turn paid Wi-Fi services on or off in Windows 10
Windows 10 can help you get connected in more places by offering plans to buy from the Store. When the Find paid plans for suggested open hotspots near me setting is turned on in Wi-Fi settings, you’ll be able to buy a paid Wi-Fi plan from the Store when a participating network is in range.
When the setting is off, you won’t be offered plans from the Store. The hotspot will still appear in the list of available networks though, so you can still connect in other ways. To find paid plans from the Store for nearby Wi-Fi hotspots, do the following:
1- Select Start > Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi.
2- Turn on Find paid plans for suggested open hotspots near me.
