Sync your Windows 10 phone and PC with your Microsoft account
Windows 10 phones are linked to your PC through your Microsoft account. Here’s how to sign in on your phone:
Firstly, in the App list, tap Settings Gear-shaped Settings > Accounts Contact > Email & app accounts.

Than under Accounts used by other apps, select Add a Microsoft account.
Enter your account info, or if you don’t have an account, select Create one!
