Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This policy explains what information is collected when you visit win10.support, operated by W.I.N. 1.0, and how it is used. This domain hosts a few archived and how-to pages and links to our research project AI Watch. We collect as little as we can: the site has no accounts, no comments and no forms.

1. Information we collect

  • Email. If you write to us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and anything else you choose to include. We use it only to reply and to correct our pages, and we don't share it.
  • Server logs. The site is served by a web host and through Cloudflare. Like any web host, they process technical data for every request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use these logs to identify individual visitors.

We don't run our own analytics on this site.

2. Cookies

The site itself doesn't set cookies. Cookies may be set by the advertising service described below and by the embedded video on two archived pages (see section 4). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

3. Advertising (Google AdSense)

We show ads served by Google. Google uses cookies for this, as described below.

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent through a consent message from Google, a certified consent management platform, before personalised ads are shown.

4. Embedded video

Two archived articles (the English and Russian RTX 3060 pages) embed a YouTube video (served from youtube-nocookie.com). When the page loads, Google may receive technical data such as your IP address, and when you play the video it may set cookies. Google's practices are described in its own privacy policy.

5. Third-party sites

Our pages link to other websites. This policy doesn't apply to them; please read their own privacy policies.

6. Children

The site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights

If you are in the EU, the UK or another region with similar laws, you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, and to restrict or object to its processing. Write to us and we will reply within one month.

8. AI Watch

Our research project AI Watch at ai.win10.support has its own privacy policy: ai.win10.support/privacy-policy/.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
