  1. I changed my password to digits, now i cannot access my games. I changed my password back to the old one and it does not work with games

  2. typing seems to work better than voice; many times is great and other times not so much. when i ask to find something on the laptop, Cortana finds a way to make it a search for the web. She doesn’t always hear right away, understand what is said, or hears what you need and more so it is totally confused, making no sense. We are learning as we go, though.
