TabTip.exe Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel is a part of Microsoft Windows Operating System. There are two similar processes tabtip.exe and tabtip32.exe both of them make identically same job but in different systems. So the location is C:\ProgramFiles\PublicDocuments\microsoftshared\ink. Process considered safe and is unlikely to pose any damage to your computer.
