check for updates in windows 10

Update Windows 10

Windows 10 periodically checks for updates so you don’t have to. When an update is available, it’s automatically downloaded and installed – keeping your PC up to date with the latest features.

To check for updates now, go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update, and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says that your PC is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available.

  1. This morning I turned on my computer and brought up my screen. I had my screensaver on so left my computer for a short time and when came back I went to get on again and had a little note at the bottom that said windows 10 did an update. So I rebute and now I cant use my start button. Before my screen only had a picture on it and now the I also have all of the advertises and other things like my calender, note pad and etc. on that stays on all the time. Before it only came on when I clicked on the start and off when I clicked again. What can I do to go back to where it was? Thank you for any sugestions.

  2. I’m going along fine and 2 days ago, I suddenly was unable to send email. Getting message: “Send Error: Re: Tuesday
We weren’t able to send this message, so we’ve put it in your drafts folder. Before you try to send it again, you can check to see if the address is correct and that no attachments are too large.”

I have tried everything I can think of to get help for this problem, but to no avail. HELP. Thanks, Jimmy Shields

    1. By the way, this problem described above happens with every email I try to send. All addresses are correct, and the most of the emails have no attachments. Thanks, Jimmy Shields
